Why we carry out a Visual Health Check
An important part of our best practice policy is our free 29 point Visual Health Check.
Whenever you bring your vehicle in for a service or repair, we will
conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle completely free of charge.
We have an extensive list of elements we check and our trained
staff will provide you with a clear report on the condition of your
vehicle using the colour codes shown below:
Green Items
Have been checked and are in satisfactory condition.
Amber Items
Some concerns registered. If not rectifi ed, these items need
monitoring to ensure safety and/or reliability and prevention
of additional costs.
Red Items
Require urgent attention.
The report will be explained in full by our expert staff who will also
assist you in making an informed choice of any required actions.
